La Curacao wanted to give a more professional environment to all young participants in the IV edition of Brilla una Estrella contest. As result of that, the final was celebrated on Wilshire Ebell Theater in Los Angeles. This final has the participation of the popular Mexican singer Graciela Beltran, and the DJ Renán Almendárez Coello well known in the Latin American community as "El Cucuy"
